Mike Anderson is the founder and principal architect at Arqui+Tectonics, bringing more than two decades of design leadership across the American West. With over 23 years of experience, Mike has led the design and delivery of a diverse range of architectural projects—including multifamily housing, civic and federal buildings, commercial centers, sacred spaces, and performance venues.

Mike approaches architecture as a deeply collaborative process rooted in purpose, context, and sustainability. Whether shaping community-oriented housing or designing high-performance institutional buildings, he strives for lasting impact—both functionally and culturally.

As a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, Mike is a committed advocate for environmentally responsive design. He brings a systems-thinking approach to sustainable strategies, ensuring every project—regardless of scale—aligns with long-term ecological and human goals.
