Space Planning

Plans that articulate a client’s vision are laid out in a diagram form showing individual spaces and their relationship to the building as a whole.

Construction Documents 

Drawings are completed to be utilized by the contractor to build the building.  The plans will illustrate all the finishes, special details and equipment within the space.  Technical specifications are produced to adhere to requirements of facility standards, general conditions, International Building Code, Life Safety Code, AADAG and other applicable codes.
